Inspiration: Jung Da Yeon the momjjiang ajumma

This morning when I just woke up, I held my iPad 2 & browse for PPS video, there are no movie that interest me. Is whole bunch of Chinese words that I can't understand too. So I decided to browse other video movies section and found this fitness aerobics video. What truly amazing about this video after doing some google-ling is that this instructor, her name is Jung Da Yeon from South Korea truly amaze me. She is a South Korea famous fitness instructor. She is currently 45 years old as in 2012, but she looks like in her 20s. This proven one thing of all of goodness of exercise, workout and diet, it can actually makes you look much more younger than your real age. Aside from that the beautiful body curves win all of the reasons aside from health.
What's really more amazing is that she was actually fat around 70 kg, one day she decided to make a lifestyle change trough strict diets and workout, within only 3 months, she lost 20 kg and transformed herself. Check out her details below and her photos, it's truly captivating.
